All Barbecues include:
One of each item per guest to ensure it doesn’t run out. A variety of BBQ sauces, fried onions, cheese slices, biodegradable plates, wooden forks and napkins, chef to cook and serve. We can also supply vegetarian, gluten free or vegan BBQ items.

Choose your own BBQ menu
We understand everyone likes different types of food such as spicy sausages or venison burgers or it may be a Caribbean or American themed BBQ you are after. Just let us know and we can adjust our menu to suit you and your guests!
Choose from any of the products we offer, if its not listed such as pork skewers or fish then ask us – if it can be barbecued we can provide it! A BBQ is also great along side a hog roast!
