What’s the lowest number of people you will provide a BBQ for?
We can now cater for smaller parties. Our prices start from just 30 guests.
Can you cook indoors?
Due to health and safety reasons we cannot use our BBQ indoors. We can simply cook outside under our marquee and bring the food inside to be served.
Is the meat cooked fresh?
Yes, all of our of BBQ meat is kept in cool boxes and cooked fresh on site
How much space do I require?
Our marquee is only 3 x 3 metres.
What happens if it rains?
Firstly it probably won’t! If it does rain we are not affected as we cook in our marquee, the food can then be transferred and served indoors which makes sure you and your guests are not inconvenienced.
How long do you stay for?
Chef and server’s usually serve for up to two hours then when all guests are fed they begin to clear the equipment.
Is food taken away?
Its up to you. All remaining meat, rolls, salads etc are usually left for the organiser to continue with their event or if requested we can take it away.
What will the organiser need?
Access to a domestic electricity supply is helpful but not essential and that’s it!
How many people can you cater for?
We can cater for groups between 30 and 1000.
Can we choose different meats or vegetables?
Yes. We are very flexible and can provide any BBQ meat combination you require – just ask us to quote a price.
Can we have crockery instead of disposables?
Yes. We can supply this – just ask us to quote a price.
Do you supply vegetarian or vegan food?
Yes. We provide a wide choice of vegetarian options. We can also provide gluten free BBQ items – just ask us.
Where do you source your meat from?
All of our meat is sourced from Dorset and Hampshire and prepared by our local butcher.
What areas do you cover?
Devon, Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, London and beyond! – just ask us.
Do i have to be there when you arrive?
No, just let us know where you want us beforehand and we will set up and get everything ready.
Are you insured?
Yes, we hold public liability insurance and have our food hygiene certificates from Bournemouth’s environmental health department. We have a 5* food hygiene rating & hold level 2 food hygiene certificates.
What if its adverse weather and we need to postpone?
Unfortunately that does happen sometimes, we simply arrange the BBQ for a different date that suits you (providing we are free). Although we will do our best to beat the weather and still cater for your event
